**Carnival tickets are sold separately and are not included in gate admission.**

Festival Info

  • If you pre-purchased admission through Eventbrite walk up to the gates and collect tickets in the Eventbrite access lane
  • Shuttles stop running after event closure
  • Lawn Chairs, wagons, and strollers are allowed into the festival grounds.
  • No outside food, drinks, or ice chests will be permitted into the festival grounds. 
  • For more information during the event, please visit the blue information building inside the festival grounds
  • Lost & Found items can be claimed and dropped off at the blue Information Building inside the festival grounds.
  • Only service pets will be allowed into the festival grounds.

Shrimporee Parade

Frontier

The Shrimporee Parade is a beloved tradition that kicks off the festivities with excitement, color, and community spirit! This lively event brings together local organizations, businesses, schools, and community groups to showcase their creativity with vibrant floats, decorated vehicles, and enthusiastic performances.

Parade Route:
Catch all the action along Commercial Street in Downtown Aransas Pass.

The parade begins at the intersection of E. Maddox Ave. and Commercial St., and ends at Commercial and Magnolia St.

Date: Saturday, October 18, 2025
Entry Fee: FREE to participate!

Event Theme & Colors:
The Shrimporee parade theme is Maritime/Nautical — think anchors, waves, ships, sea creatures, and everything coastal!
Show your Shrimporee spirit by incorporating the official event colors: blue, orange, and white into your float or outfit.

Parking & Shuttles

Parking at the the Festival Grounds

  • Parking at the Shrimporee festival grounds during peak festival times is limited.
  • We encourage event attendees to take advantage of the FREE Park & Ride Shuttles sponsored by the Port of Corpus Christi.
  • Parking at the Festival Grounds costs $5-$7 per vehicle.
  • All proceeds from festival parking lots benefit youth non-profit organizations.

Free Park & Ride Shuttles

Attendees can park at one of our satellite parking lots and take a complimentary shuttle to and from the festival. The shuttles operate continuously during the festival hours, providing convenient and hassle-free transportation for all attendees.
